I had the opportunity to be a Design Lead for Omnichannel Sales Transfer and Audit. This product helps Sales Auditors monitor real-time transactional errors, ensure the accuracy of data, optimize error corrections, and view one central repository of data. As many current sales audit systems are out-of-date, the team ensured an improved user experience through discovery and co-innovation workshops to ensure Sales Auditors will have an innovative and intuitive experience based on their jobs to be done.
